He started the Indian Epilepsy Centre after 21 years of distinguished service at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He was Professor of Neurology and In-charge of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Care Programme at the Neurosciences Center, AIIMS, New Delhi.
Number of epilepsy patients treated:
Dr Satish Jain has treated more than 10,000 patients with epilepsy while at the AIIMS, New Delhi and has examined more than 4,000 epilepsy patients in the Indian Epilepsy Centre.
